Additional house rules

•NO LOCALS. We do NOT host locals. • No pets of any kind are allowed. If you have a service animal, you must notify us prior to booking so we can determine whether proper accommodation is possible. Service animals are not permitted on beds or furniture. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive hair, odor, or mess is found. We maintain a strict no-pet environment for guest health and safety. • Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in all common areas. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges, fines, and possible cancellation in accordance with Airbnb policy. • Absolutely no parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or exceeding the approved guest count may result in a fine, possible cancellation, and additional charges per Airbnb policy. • Infants (under 2 years old) and children are welcome at this property. Please note that supervision is required at all times for the safety and comfort of all guests. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep all noise to a minimum during these hours both inside the unit and in all common and outdoor areas. Be considerate of neighbors and other building residents at all times. • Guest conduct must be respectful and courteous. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay at any time for rude, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward our team or for repeated violations of house rules. • Do not tamper with, unplug, cover, or disable any smart devices, security equipment, monitoring systems, or smoke detectors in the unit. Any device interference may result in penalties and charges for repair or replacement. • Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be requested and approved in advance. Please message us if you need to request an early check-in. Approval depends on cleaning and availability. • Late check-out must be approved by the management team in advance. If you stay past your 10:00 AM checkout time without approval, a late checkout fee may be applied. Your access code will deactivate automatically after checkout time. • All guest communication must take place through the Airbnb platform. Please do not contact property management staff or enter leasing or management offices for any reason. Violations may result in cancellation per Airbnb policy. • Please do not arrange for packages or mail to be sent to this address. Deliveries will be rejected, and we are not responsible for missing or rejected packages. • Treat the space with respect and care. Excessive mess, unwashed dishes, or damage requiring extra cleaning will result in additional fees. Optional housekeeping may be available during your stay at a discounted rate; message us for details. • By booking this unit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all house rules and associated policies.
